HP Blackbird 002 Dedicated Edition - only 518 available
For those gadget lovers with a certain number of credit cards I have some good news. Yesterday a limited run of 518 HP Blackbird 002 Dedication Edition PCs was put on the market. Those from HP and Voodoo Pcs had an homogenous view about changing ordinary desktop PCs and transforming them into true works of art.
The new Dedicated Edition was specially designed for the gaming community by the gamers themselves. The Pcs can be fully customized at purchase. You can spend somewhere around $5,500 for one of these sexy machines.
What can they do at such a price? Well, they have an Intel Core 2 Exreme QX6850 processor(with additional performance tuning), dual NVIDIA GeForce 8800 Ultras, 2GB of RAM, a 160GB 10,000rpm HDD and a 500GB 7200rpm drive, liquid cooling for the CPU and GPUs, a Voodoo Razer mouse and keyboard. Moreover they come with Windows Vista and an exclusive bundle of game software and games for Windows Live.
If this limited edition doesn’t become you, you can always wait until October, when configurable machines will become available, ranging from $2,500 to $7,100 in price.
