Epson Launches EMP-TW680 ProjectorSource

Epson announces the launch of the EMP-TW680. It features a native 16:9 resolution for movies and displays true High Definition content. Image quality is claimed to be one of the best in its class due to a contrast ratio of 10,000:1 and brightness of 1600 ANSI lumens which allows projection even in daylight. The design is also a contemporary white stylish one.

The great contrast ratio produces deeper, inkier black and less fuzzy greyscale for a sharper picture. With a 1.5 optical zoom and a horizontal and vertical lens shift – the EMP-TW680 offers the most flexible installation in the 720p projector market. A large room is not necessary for big screen viewing as the EMP-TW680 will project a 60″ screen size from just 1.8m away. The projector can also be positioned off-center or on the ceiling and still achieve a perfectly aligned image using Epson’s horizontal and vertical lens shift technology. T Appropriate built-in colour modes - Dynamic and Living Room for lighter rooms, Theatre Black for darker areas - help perfect the results.

At £799, this is one of the higher-end projectors, and features 3LCD technology to deliver great picture quality.
