Samsung get thinner with a 12mm Thick 17 inch OLED TV

This is pretty geek for me so I gone quote Crunchgear:

By using a hybrid of OLED and active matrix LCD technologies, the new screens eliminate the need for a backlight, meaning the largest (and heaviest) part of the screen is gone. The result is a svelt 12mm thick display, suitable for mounting anywhere.

In conclusion this is one thin LCD OLED TV.

This helmet makes you smile or better said is forcing you to smile.

It has a sensor and a wire. The sensor is used to detect if somebody is in the zone (2 meter range). The wire is connected to a small motor. When someone is in the zone the motor starts working and it is pulling your mouth :)

TV Messenger the TV Gadget

Via gizmodo.com I found this nice TV gadget.

TV Messenger is a video pass-through that will add caller ID to your television screen. Sure, the device has a 14 caller log for missed calls, but what we care about is the immediate, automatic notification on-screen identifying the caller when the phone rings. Unfortunately the TV Messenger doesn’t support any high quality video inputs, or mobile phones through Bluetooth or something. Those functions would be well worth the $110 price tag.
